Our founder's story
“Property owners, property managers, and tenants all have to win — or it's not worth building.”
I started in real estate while I was still in high school and bought my first rental property at 22. Three months later, I was evicting my first tenant because she couldn't pay rent.
I had experience selling homes and worked as a broker, but property management and being a landlord came with an entirely different set of lessons. Those early experiences shaped everything that followed — from building property management companies to managing assets for institutional clients nationwide.
Along the way, one thing became clear: properties don't lease faster because of luck. They lease faster because of responsiveness, positioning, follow-up, great marketing, and constant attention to the metrics that drive occupancy.
Tenant Access exists because most property managers don't need another dashboard. They need vacancies filled. We focus on the work that happens before a lease is signed, so our customers can focus on approving applicants and closing leases.
